- This is a beer blog about everything Beer. Most posts will relate to what I think about beers available in southwest Virginia, whether in bars, stores, or my own kitchen. For the record, my favorite beers are generally strong, "extreme" beers, but I also enjoy beers that are well-balanced and well-crafted. I try to review beers with an open mind, and based on greatness relative to style, not necessarily to my tastes. All styles have their perks, and I have love for them all.
